Many know that Phil Cousineau has been making his own photo postcards for more than 30 years, and mails out a prodigious amount of handwritten cards each year. This image shows just a sampling of such cards. 

Through the years, Phil has encouraged people to reach out to him, especially fans of The Art of Pilgrimage, with news of their adventures. There's little he likes more than opening up his mailbox--the anticipation!
